My process starts with deep user discovery, moves through rigorous prioritization using frameworks like RICE scoring and Jobs-to-Be-Done, and culminates in production-grade systems that handle real-world load. I believe that the best product managers understand the technology deeply enough to make informed tradeoff decisions, challenge engineering estimates with empathy, and recognize when a simpler architecture will serve users better than an impressive one.

What makes my work different is the founder mentality. Having built five companies from scratch, I approach every product decision with ownership thinking. I do not hand off ambiguity to the next person in the chain. I resolve it. Whether that means writing SQL queries to validate a hypothesis, building a prototype in React to test an interaction pattern, or drafting the operational playbook for the support team, I do whatever moves the product forward fastest.
